The Role : Senior Sales manager
Tasks:
- Research Product Categories in which licensing deals can be concluded
See what competitive licensed products are in the market and who the major players are. Assess the value of the products sold at retail, together with who are the major purchasers. Identify who the major importers / manufacturers are for the products.
- Meet with Key Players
Meeting with key importers, manufacturers, and/or advertising agencies as well as the key retailers
- Sales Presentations
Preparing and presenting effective sales presentations to companies identified as potential customers.
- Obtaining Written Business Plans
Ensuring that each company interested in obtaining a license submits a full business plan identifying who they are and detailing their operation as well as how they would market and sell the licensed products.
- Finalizing and Closing Deals
Following negotiations and after obtaining satisfactory business plans and accompanying minimum guarantees, finalizing the licensing deal.
- Key account management
Meet with the actual client on regular basis and follow up the marketing, sales, retail strategy.
- Manage and check the payments of the partners
The Person
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent level of English, oral and written
- University or colleague education, preferably a marketing background
- Strong communication, presentation and sales skills; self-starter
- Result oriented
- Dynamic and flexible sales sharp
- Able to work in team also independently in multi-cultural working environment
- 3-6 yrs full-time work experience in sales
